Corazon Aquino
CO-FOUNDER
Corazon is the firstborn daughter of the late Okore Booker Charles. She is the co-founder of Raised to Lead, a platform that honours fathers and celebrates the powerful influence of daddy-daughter bonds in shaping women’s leadership. She is a partnership and communications specialist passionate about creating and sustaining partnerships for development, particularly in access to quality healthcare and education. She has over 12 years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and mobilising resources to fund change in community health systems.
Lavender Awino
Lavender is a Doctoral Researcher and Strategy Consultant passionate about youth and 3rd sector engagement. She serves on the Advisory Board of KECTIL Youth Community Kenya and is co-founder of ELAN-DOME Consultants – knowledge partners of Raised to Lead. Lavender is also the beloved last-born daughter of Okore Booker Charles. Spending some good time with her nephew and nieces sparks the fire in her, a safe space that refreshes her, thus keeping her on the leadership stage.
